All orders of Kindleton energy-support tablets are packed at our United Kingdom fulfilment centre and dispatched within one business day of order confirmation. Every parcel is handled under a controlled-temperature protocol to preserve tablet integrity until it reaches the customer's address in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Order processing
Order before 14:30 on a business day and it ships that same day. After the cut-off, on weekends or holidays, it ships the next business day. A confirmation email with your order number goes out right when you order.
Each bottle or blister strip is sealed with a tamper-evident foil seal at the point of manufacture and is never opened before dispatch. Outer transit packaging consists of a rigid corrugated box with padded void-fill inserts, moisture-absorbing sachets and a thermal liner where seasonal temperatures require it, followed by an exterior shipping label with a unique tracking code.
Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch, customers automatically receive an email and SMS containing a unique tracking number linked to the carrier's live tracking portal, allowing real-time monitoring of the parcel's location until delivery to the United Kingdom address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcel
No movement on tracking for 5 business days? Email [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier, then resend or refund in full, your call, within 10 business days of the claim.
Damaged on arrival
If a parcel arrives with visible transit damage or a broken tamper-evident seal, the customer should photograph the box, the seal and the product immediately upon receipt, then contact [email protected] within 48 hours with the order number and photographs attached. Kindleton Wellness Ltd will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund once the claim is verified, at no cost to the customer.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card or online-banking details by email or phone.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We deliver to a set list of countries. Delivery cost and timing for your address show up at checkout, before you pay. If import duty applies, the recipient covers it.
