You've got 30 days from delivery to return any Kindleton order, no reason needed. Below: the conditions, the process, who covers costs and how fast refunds land.
Conditions
Returns of Kindleton energy-support tablets are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the outer packaging and the tamper-evident bottle or blister seal remain fully intact and unbroken, the product has not been consumed or partially used, and the item is returned in its original protective packaging together with proof of purchase. Items with a broken seal cannot be accepted back into stock for biosafety reasons.
Returning an item, step by step
- Submit a return request to [email protected] including the order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated United Kingdom return address
- Pack the item securely in its original protective packaging with the tamper-evident seal fully intact, including the RMA number on the parcel
- Receive the refund within 3-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection, credited via the original payment method or bank transfer as applicable
Who pays return shipping
If the tablets arrive faulty, damaged or wrong, we pay the return cost, either a prepaid label or a courier pickup we arrange. Changed your mind? You cover the return postage; nothing else gets deducted.
Refund timing and method
Refunds go out within 3 business days of the item passing inspection. Paid cash on delivery? We send the refund by bank transfer to an account you name. Paid by bank transfer? It goes back to the same account. Banks usually clear it in 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
Want a different size or variant? Follow the return steps, then place a fresh order; we refund the returned item once it reaches us. If the mix-up was our mistake, the replacement order ships free.
Cancelling an order
