The goods

Kindleton sells food supplements in tablet form formulated to support everyday energy levels and general nutritional wellbeing for adult men, intended for oral use as part of a varied and balanced diet and an active daily routine. These goods are not medicinal products, pharmaceuticals or medical devices. Each product page spells out what's included, the quantity and the form it comes in. Photos are for reference; actual packaging may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

Your order is placed once checkout is complete. We confirm by email; the contract kicks in when we dispatch the goods. We can refuse an order if stock runs out or details can't be verified, and we refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

Prices show in GBP, VAT included where it applies. Delivery cost appears at checkout before you pay. We accept: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we can fix it before dispatch and let you confirm or cancel.

Product images and colours

Product photos show the actual goods we ship. Screen colours shift with calibration, browser and room light, so a slight shade difference isn't a defect and doesn't justify a free return or compensation. Size, materials and contents are listed on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We're responsible for the goods until the courier hands them to you or whoever you named at the delivery address. From that point, loss or damage risk is yours. Flag any visible transport damage with the courier and tell us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can return goods within 30 days of delivery, as set out on the Returns page. Kindleton Wellness Ltd warrants that every batch of tablets leaves our facility under quality-controlled production conditions, sealed within tamper-evident packaging, and fit for the purpose of general dietary supplementation as described on the product label. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described; if a sealed unit is found defective or damaged on arrival, Kindleton will replace it or issue a refund upon verification.

• Customized or personalized supplement bundles assembled to a customer's specific order
• Items with a limited remaining shelf-life that have been dispatched close to their stated expiry window
• Bottles or blister strips with a broken or removed tamper-evident seal, excluded for hygiene and biosafety reasons inherent to ingestible supplement products
• Products that have been combined or repackaged with other goods after delivery in a manner that cannot be separated
• Digital wellness guides, dosage charts or other digital content supplied with the order once accessed or unsealed by the consumer

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, the total liability of Kindleton Wellness Ltd arising from any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that order. Kindleton Wellness Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law won't let us limit.

You need to be at least 18 to order. Use the tablets as the label describes; they don't replace medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If a dispute can't be settled by talking to us, it goes to the competent court at the seller's registered address, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
