How many tablets do I take and when?
One tablet a day, taken with breakfast or your first meal, is all you need. There's no need to double up or take it more than once a day.
When will my order arrive and what if the pack is damaged?
Orders placed before 14:30 on a business day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. If a pack arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and your order details and we'll sort out a replacement or return.
Can I send my order back if it's not for me?
Yes. If the tablets are unused and still in their original, unopened packaging, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just get in touch with your order details first and we'll confirm the next step.
How do I know I'm getting the genuine Kindleton tablet?
We only sell through our own website, so every order ships directly from our Birmingham dispatch point in sealed original packaging with a printed batch code. We don't sell through third-party marketplaces, so there's no copy or repackaged stock in the chain.
